by using our website, you agree to the Terms of Use. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns, refunds and/or cancellations are currently not allowed. EXCHANGE ONLY!

To exchange the merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by its original tags. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges; no exceptions.

All exchanges must be authorized by FIWI apparel before exchanging merchandise. Contact Customer Support by emailing fiwiapparel@gmail.com within 14 business days of the order's delivery date. If authorized, domestic orders will be provided a prepaid shipping label if there was a store error.

There is a requirement up to 5 business days to process the exchange.

We do not accept international exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders require a different shipping time frame than domestic orders. An international order can take anywhere from 7-21 business days to be delivered after it's shipped, depending on shipping method chosen during checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Some international packages are subject to customs, duties and search. FIWIapparel is not responsible for duties, taxes, or any customs fees encountered during the shipping process. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these charges before your order is placed so please contact your local post office for assistance with estimating additional costs. If you refuse to accept the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed, denied or refuse, FIWIapparel will only be able to reship the package if a reshpment fee is paid by the customer.
